• Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

We ship worldwide except to parts of Asia and some remote regions. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Risk of Loss:

All products purchased from Leaf Shop are delivered by third-party carriers. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Returns Timeframe:

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery, excluding live plants as noted above.

Return Process:

2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. Wait for our response with return authorization and shipping instructions (within 2 business days)
4. Securely pack the unused, undamaged item in its original packaging with all tags attached
5. Mail the package to our return address using a trackable shipping service

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• We will process your refund within 3-5 business days
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
