Order Processing
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Times
We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your gardening needs:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
Please note: We ship worldwide except to parts of Asia and some remote regions. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Leaf Shop purchase. If you’re not happy with an item, we’re here to help with our straightforward returns process.
Returns Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery.
Important Exception: Live Plants
Due to their perishable nature, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Bedding plants
- Bulbs
- Fruit & Vegetable plants
- All other live plants
All sales of these items are final. We take great care in packaging our plants to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, but their living nature makes returns impossible.
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to return an item:
- Contact Us: Email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for Instructions: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the unused, undamaged item in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Ship Your Return: Mail the package to our address using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will process your refund within 3-5 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color:
- Follow the same return process outlined above
- Clearly state in your email that you would like an exchange
- Specify the replacement item you prefer
- We will ship the new item once we receive your return
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you, including covering return shipping.
