Elegant and dense evergreen hedging plant with pointed, deep green glossy leaves. Stems turn a striking maroon colour once the plants get older but initially will be a vibrant green. Small, fragrant white flowers blossom in summer which are popular with bees and the small red berries which form in the autumn are popular with birds.
